Pravalone of course. I choose cheddar as I just said the 1st thing out of mouth. Oh well. The bun was not soft and by the time we got in the truck the bun portion that was left was hard. I ate the meat at home on a slice of bread. The cheddar was grated. Guess I won't go to Subway anymore.
I won't get my Krogers till tomrrow am Then I'll try a carrot on Charlie. I have begun to peel the Gala apples if I want Charlie to eat them. He never minded before. Odd?

I always mix lots of cinnamon in my eggs for my french toast. I have 4 slices left in the freezer.
I use only Whole or multigrain breads and Rye!
I have chops, steak, chicken breast tenders and some fish. I've been off most of that all summer. I also have stewing beef. Fall perhaps?

I'm careful and only walk to the mailbox & back and going to the CCtr I get rides home. They take good care of me. Lovely women.
My mother never looked her age and wasin her 90's - she was thought to be 80.
I work outside so am getting some milage on my face. ROFLOL! Between Charlie and his using his mouth to grab me and play - OUCH! - and being out in the sun - I have 3/4s of the yard and the road to the mailbox covered in Oaks, etc. But still have some tan. I just stated wearing not short shorts but tan loose shorts with pockets... more army like LOL!
I chose them as my lonnnnng legs look stupid in shorts usually. I also had one of the women give me two pair of black classic shorts. They aren't short and look classy if youknow what I mean.
Every time I can I wet down my face, arms, legs etc and add Eucerin and work it in well. It does seem to help keep my skin less then dried out. 8-)

I usually go early am to drs appts.. depending onwhere.. SA or local.. But Dr A only had a late appointment in July so I took it.
No kids know I am donating. I want my house back for my things. ARRGH! SO lots of stuff will be going in a few weeks. Hurrah!
As for the snake I look for it all the time. I hope it is gone elsewhere but i still worry about Charlie.
Oh Charlie was absolutely absorbed watching the parade at the corner of the road. The fire & PD, etc had their sirens going full blast. We stood there during the entire parade maybe 45 minutes and he never moved at all. AMazing.
It was a very quiet 4th. No fireworks to speak of. One or two in the road. But I never heard the local fireworks.
Yes I keep an eye out on Charie and for snakes and I need to wack the yard as everythng is so overgrown. But until things cool down Not wacking at all. Plus the heat is kiling some stuff off. But if any rain some of it grows back. Oh well!
Hope youhad a good 4th too. Quiet one here. I have to go eat my AMY's enchilida before I leave... Still stuff to do before 9am when I have to leave.
