All my bird feeders and other containers have an inch of rain in them.
It was wonderful, Charlie and I walked about the yard yesterday a few times just to enjoy the coolness.
We also walked this morning after the rain had stopped. The ground and the plants haven't reponded yet. I don't know if we will get more rain from Howard the TD. It depends on where it goes.
It is overcast this am.... and the clouds over SA are dark and moving northwards from SA and over us. They are gray but there are lots of white clouds behind them.
The sun is behind the clouds so the light is muted. Well need to feed Charlie and I breakfast. He ate at 430... so he gets less now.
What a relief to have had rain. Will we get more? I have no idea... just pray this was not a one off.
