It's quite a handful and that makes for a fun mix of critters.

They all sound healthy and happy - even the chickens 8-)

I'm glad I am down to 2 cats and one dog. They are all doing well, especially Charlie since I put in the canvas fence. I have one panel left and Boy should be here todayor tomorrow to help me put it in. We will be putting it in on top of the first canvas of 50 feet. Charlie can see through the first one. The second should prevent him from seeing the puppies or Mama Dog.

Luckily they are not barking at each other as much as they were - Mama and Charlie I mean. It really makes for a better and happier Charlie. And me of course.

The neighbors aren't talking to me as often. LOLOL! What a relief that has been. Charlie and I have a better relationship as he isn't as concerned over the puppies or Mama. He knows this is HIS YARD!!!

I have to say he is behaving a lot better then he was. He still needs to make up his own mind some of the time. But mostly he obeys when I say home - and he goes home via the back steps or via the front porch. He isn't barking at other dogs as much either. What a relief. Deer are still his faves.

These changes have made my life so much easier to deal with regarding Charlies reactions. He is settling down which allows me to also.

We are both more in touch with each other. He will be 11 on Halloween. He still runs but not s often as he used to. Now if he runs and feels a twinge he goes back to walking. Thankgoodness.

Well, He wants to go out for a bit. And we will play ball. He loves to play ball with me. I get to sit in one of the chairs either out back or onthe front porch. I am aging right along with him. I'm not doing well. But I have the new Drs apointment on the 3rd and am praying he is a good primary care. I have lots out of wack now. Will post after I have my appointment. Wish me luck! I think I need it.
