The problem is I am dealing with my neck and dizziness so that I can't put him on a leash though I try... he is usually so strong I have to let go.
But thankfully he is now responding to my commands to go in that he obeys more then ignoring me.
Its the puppies (7 of them) that crank up his emotions. Plus they are allowed to wander all over their yard and next to the the fence. Charlie tore a hole in one and almost chewed a through hole through the second canvas. I have blocked the openings with wood meant for the porch. Oh well.
ANyway. you had enough on your mind last spring and summer. Charlie spent a day in the vets and they said he was really lovely to have around. They let him wander to watch his hip. He can still walk ok but the ball is totally flat. I keep an eye on him
He will be 11 on Halloween. His eye sockets are speckled with white as is his muzzle. My poor old guy that just needs to run when he can. Usually not as fast or furious as he does when all bent out of shape over the puppies or street dogs. Both drive him equally insane.
I try to bring him in when either of the above are twisting him up.
