The best looking boxer that I ever saw lived down the street from us. His name was Rocky - long before the movies! - and he was ridiculously handsome and well behaved. I think that he might have been a show dog, and I can see why.
As I've said before, labs used to be *the* dog of our county, and as such, we had several mixes over the years and a purebred once.
Mostly they were black, except for Mizu, who was yellow.
They were all different, depending on individual personalities and what they were mixed with, but overall they were enthusiastic dogs, and happy dogs. They all got along with kids and other pets, regardless of which kind from chickens and goats to cats and birds.
