This little guy was in the road looking for food near one of our fire (still burning) areas, and it is believed that he is orphaned.

Rather than starve or be hit by a car, this CHPy did something about it.

Then, I understand that Fish and Game escorted him to a rehab place. Pretty cute, I thought!
