The first time I read this poem was late at night around the year of 2,001 or 2,002. It just took me apart. That poem had more of an impact on me than anything I've ever read and I thought I've got to meet the lady that wrote this. I didn't know much back then about how any of this web stuff worked and it took me a while. But I did find her and we became very good friends. Now Connie is just part of our family and always will be. If I hade to pick a favorite poem it would be this one.
