" Poet of the Heart "

We so often forget
That we are all quite unique
And within each lies a talent
That we to often fail to seek
-
There is no trick to poetry
Just know this from the start
Poetry is nothing more
Than speaking from the heart
-
The rhyming of your words
Is no more than just a game
As it really doesn't matter
Because the message is the same
-
If you often hum a tune
Even any little part
Then there is a rhythm to your spirit
And your a poet of the heart
-
So don't think that you can't do it
It doesn't matter why
For you'll never know for sure
Unless someday you try ....
