There's a part of me that can't let go
whenever I see the fires of hearth and home
my heart still longs to be there so
and off I go again

to the place I love and know
the place that I call home

seems like it'll never end

off to someplace new

suitcase by my side

bubblin' up from deep inside
peekin' around a distant hill
through the winter glow

from the place I love and know

my soul will always be
close to home
