I've been writing poetry most of my life. Usually at night after everyone else goes off to bed. That poem though was written by a friend of mine named Connie Swartz. For some reason Connie has never felt that her own poetry is very good. So now and then I'll post a few of her poems, usually on Facebook. Just so she can read for herself what people like yourself that she's never met think of her talent. Now I'm no expert but all in all Fats, I've always thought she's pretty good at it.
