GOD HOLDS MY HAND



Beside my pillow where I lie,
I keep my Bible at my side,
Then in the night, if I can't sleep,
And sorrows make me want to weep.



I place my hand between its pages,
Which some may judge to be outrageous.
But I sense God's hand upon each line,
And this lets me feel He's holding mine.
