The Drowling ducked back under the water.
Irzen grumbled as he gave chase to the Drowling.
War Scribe swam as fast as she could but Irzen was able to catch up with her and grabbed her leg. The Drowling did her best to kick the Drow in the face but Irzen was able to yank her into his arms, wrapped his arms around her waist and brought both of them to the surface.
Both of them gasped for air as they broke the surface.
"Ready to give up, Scribe?"
"You know me, Irzen, I never give up!" War Scribe whipped her drenched hair back into the Swordsman's face with an audible "SMACK" forcing him to release her.
"Got you!" The Drowling smirked, "No Drow is no match for no Drowling!"
"Grrrr!" The Swordsman growled as he rubbed the side of his face.
"Now what are you going to do, Half-Man, Half-Idiot!" War Scribe turned and laughed at the Swordsman.
"I'm going to drown you good just like I said I would," Irzen snarled as he swam after the Drowling.
"Gotta catch me first!" War Scribe swam off at full speed with Irzen hot on her tail.

Madame Mabel watched the elementalist sitting by herself. She had seen this many times before, Alyson would come out here and think by herself. It gave her some peace of mind, she figured. Abruptly, she stood up and walked over the bronze dragon, "You can go with Alyson if ye like. I can keep this sorry lot in line. When they're all tired from swimming I'll take them to the Neverending Story for the evening. Although, the people might be celebrating from you winning the challenge. Who knows."
"Caliaphy," The bronze dragon addressed the kurori, "I meant what I said yesterday regarding Serna."
The kurori jumped up and down excitedly, "Oh thank you! Thank you very much!"
"What did he say regarding me?" Serna asked Caliaphy with a raised eyebrow.
The kurori's wings reappeared and she flew circles around Serna, "Remember when we first met in the merchant district yesterday? Well, he granted my wish to go on adventure with someone like you. You're brave and smart but you also rely on your friends for help too. So, when you leave Asylum with Alyson I will be able to go with you! Teeheehee!"
"Awesome! It'll be great to have you along, Caliaphy." Serna squealed in glee, "Hey! Would you like to go swimming some more?"
The kurori snapped her fingers again to make her wings vanish to make things fair with Serna and bolted towards the water again. "Hah! You're too slow, Serna!"
"No I'm not," Serna bolted after Caliaphy, "You didn't give me any warning that you were going to run off like that. No fair!"
The dragon carefully turned around and walked towards the elementalist sitting on the reef. He extended his wing for her slide across onto his back. When she got settled, the dragon and his companion swam out into the deeper waters of the bay and disappeared beneath the surface and vanished.
The old courtesan shook her head, "You won't see either of them until tomorrow."
Seri stood up in the shallow water to watch the bronze man and Alyson slip beneath the surface of the water. "That is cool! It never gets old watching him do that with precision. Inspiring technique to work towards, especially in our line of work eh, Neven?"
"I agree, he is quite good at what he does," Neven smiled at Seri with a mischievous grin, "However, there is something that I would like to do too."
"Oh?" Seri raised an eye brow at the thief, "And what pray tell would that be?"
Neven wrapped his arm around Seri's waist and pulled her close, "I would like a private swim with you. Are you up for it?"
Madame Mabel looked out in the lagoon and spied the two drow swimming so to speak. It was more like who can douse the other one under water the longest. With both hands on her hips, she shouted out to them, "OY! YOU TWO! THERE WILL BE NONE OF THAT KIND 'ORSE PLAY HERE! WHETHER THAT BE ROUGH HOUSING OR SOMETHING ELSE!"
War Scribe looked back at the shore where Madame Mabel stood and stuck her tongue out at her before she resumed swimming.
Willow took note of what was going on and quickly figured out what Irzen was planning on doing to the Drowling.
The courtesan looked over at the ranger, "Do they want to get arrested by the militia or worse, the knights who pass through 'ere?"
"Probably not," Willow replied calmly, "Knowing War Scribe she did something or said something to tick off Irzen. Irzen will no doubt respond by killing her. Five minutes later, War Scribe is going to resurrect herself. And then their little game of cat-and-mouse is going to start all over again."
"It's their way," The Ranger concluded nonchalantly.
