"WOW!!!" Serna gasped as she took the charm bracelet as she held it before her eyes, "It's so beautiful! And its magical too! Oh, thank you, sir, I will treasure it always."
The Elder bopped Caliaphy on the head with his staff enough for her stop being a pest.
"Oof! Okay. Okay I get the idea," She stuck her tongue out at him and got bopped a second time.
Serna did their best to stifle a giggle but she was having a very hard time doing it. Willow, for his part, was stoic as ever but his eyes conveyed his merriment at the hilarity he just witnessed.
"Ooof! Oww! Oof!" Caliaphy ran around behind the ranger, "Okay! I get the idea! You're no fun! Anyway, we can head back to the city but no more questions to Mertul or that scary beholder."
"I won't need to talk to them," Serna admitted, "I have all the answers I need. Thank you, sir, for answering my questions and for your gift."
"Thank lle ten' lle coiasira, elder," Willow placed his hand over his heart and gave a short bow,"farewell ar' Quel re a' lle. "
The Elder merely bowed before the ranger knowing of his lineage. Willow was a high elf, and royalty. "Aa' menle nauva calen ar' ta hwesta e' ale'quenle, Willow."
Caliaphy took the ranger's hand and the shield maiden's hand and teleported outside the Neverending Story tavern.
"I really learned a lot, Caliaphy," Serna told her friend, "Thank you for bringing me to your Elder and for allowing me to ask him the questions that I wanted."
"And thank you, Caliaphy, for allowing me to not only visit with your Elder but also visit your home," The Ranger smiled, "Your Ancient Tree is quite majestic."
"Gee, thanks," The kurori blushed from head to toe.
"You're welcome," Willow smiled in turn as they returned to The Neverending Story Tavern.

Sunrise came when the suns rose up over the horizon but instead of being the normal colors of yellow and white, they were both red. To the sailors who were out at sea, they took the warning seriously. A storm was brewing up somewhere and being stuck in a maelstrom was no laughing matter.
On the other side of Asylum, both Lazheros and Alyson had returned to the lighthouse for breakfast when she noticed the suns both red in color. "Red suns in the morning, sailor take warning," she said to no one in particular.
The Bronze Man however knew that it was not a storm of nature but one of war and conflict somewhere else in the Realm. Somewhere deep within Elven lands did war and battle come knocking hard. He turned to her, "I suggest you find your friends, Alysiane. Stock up on whatever provisions you may need for your journey to North Haven. War has come to the ranger's homeland and I pray that he may find what he's looking for."
The elementalist turned around and went upstairs to her old room where her gear was and changed. Lazheros said the robe he gave would fit just fine underneath her mage robes without a problem, and two it would maintain the connection between him and her anywhere in the Realm.

By the time the trio of Serna, Caliaphy and Willow returned to their friends in The Neverending Story Tavern, Irzen and Neven had just finished eating.
"Where in The Realm did you guys disappear off to?" Neven asked no one in particular.
"Someplace else," Caliaphy whispered to Serna as the fairy again.
Madame Mabel down another pint of ale with no problem, "So, lad will you be leaving with 'ere
friends or will 'ye be staying 'ere with Seri?"
