I think I watched it when it was first aired on tv, but didn't care much for it.

As a kid I liked Bonanza a lot. I remember an older farmer who lived a few houses down from us had purchased one of the first color tv sets on the market. He invited our family over one night and we watched an episode of Disney world and then an episode of Bonanza. I could not believe how watching Bonanza in color was so amazing.
