Cons first...nothing serious:

No paper listing of episodes order or title.
No extras.
Snap-in plastic holders. Mine came with 1 loose dvd floating in plastic cover.

Pros:

Subtitles if you want them. I do. It helps greatly.

Taking 3 random episodes from 3 seasons, all came in nearly 4 minutes longer compared to my old TVLand tapings.

WOW! 4 EXTRA minutes!
What have we missed all these years!?
