Hey everbody; sure has been awful quiet; hope everyone is doing well. I attended a big family reunion last weekend and lawwww, what an experience! Saw family I hadn't seen since I was a kid. Met a real-life Uncle Ollie, too. Cousin by marriage actually. I was looking for a place to light after the initial hellos and saw a nice spot under a tree next to a guy with a pig on his tee shirt and I set down. Folks, I mean to tell you I learned in the next six hours everything there is to know about the pig barbecuing business. Seems he and a buddy have a catering outfit and do mobile pig barbecuing and this is their busy season, which I heard about in detail. Every time I tried to change the conversion it always went back to barbecuing pigs. Saw all the pics of their custom built cookers- past and present- and all their events from the past umpteen years. And of course they had a super-dooper, double-secret sauce that can't be found anywhere else. I was so full of barbecue I felt like Andy in 'Dinner At Eight.'
