He's the person that Andy thought might have been where Opie got the hatchet instead of Mr McBeeVee.
I don't know why but I watch the Mr McBeeVee episode every July 4th since 2012, the day after Andy died.
You gotta episode you always watch on a certain date every year besides the Christmas story?
