Black and Decker Valvemaster, Professional refacing machine complete with cabinet on wheels.This is a heavy duty machine not what you expect when you think Black and Decker. It is quite old but still grinds perfect valve seats at any angle. It will require new wiring from the plug to the machine as the original has perished.
