I am currently formulating plans for possible retirement/change of life after getting divorced, and have decided to market my business and home. The business is based in a Somerset market town near to the Wilts/Dorset border and is currently run by myself and one full time (qualified) employee. The freehold comprises a 2 bay workshop with 1 x 2 post and 1 x 4 post ramps. Currently only mechanical repairs are carried out but the property has a large forecourt which could easily be utilised for vehicle sales, car washing or development etc. The fuel tanks have been correctly decomissioned and certificates can be provided. It has a large 3/4 bedroom owners bungalow attached and is set on the edge of town with lovely surrounding countryside. Turnover is healthy and has not been affected by current economic issues. The advertising budget has been NIL for the last 8 years with virtually all business being repeat private customers and no large business contracts to worry about. The asking price for the freehold is offers in the region of £350,000 or possible consideration may be given to a separate sale of the forecourt only. Full details of accounts can be provided to interested parties. Please initially respond by email to bryansmith48@hotmail.com
