I have a genuine Tech 2 for sale complete with carry case, CANdi module and two PCMCIA cards loaded with Isuzu software version 11.470 1996/2010 year and version 111.000 for CAN 2006/2010.
This was a franchised dealer kit that came out of a local to me Isuzu/Subaru agent that ceased trading.
The cards can be reflashed with Vauxhall Version 131.001 and Saab version 148.000 for £50 each by a third party or you could purchase additional cards.
I already have a Tech 2 and have put my GM and Saab cards into this one to check it and the Isuzu cards into mine so all working and tested ok.
Make me an offer if you are interested it will be sold on an invoice plus VAT
