HORIBA MEXA 554GE 4-GAS ANALYSER We bought this Horiba gas analyser about 2 years ago and after replacing an oxygen cell it has worked faultless as a backup to our normal SUN MGA 1200. As can be seen in the photos we have recently upgraded again to a Snap-on portable Scangas, so the Horiba is no longer required. The unit powers up but has lately started to display fluctuating readings, it probably only needs re-calibrating and a service but due to this we feel we should sell the unit for spares or repairs. Horiba gas analysers are renowned for being the most accurate and expensive and are used by VOSA and Millbrook for very accurate emission testing. This unit will have cost thousands when new.
