The US based gambling sites are illegal in Idaho, specifically written into the federal law that legalized sports betting is language requiring us based sports books to operate only in the states that legalize it. So. In states that havent legalized it. You cant open an account. Its made fan duel etc Illegal in most states. The grey area comes into play bc of how state laws are written. Off shore sports books were left out of the law congress passed. And the new federal law takes precedence over the old law. Making offshore sportsbooks neither legal or illegal.

Just sayin- if a person does wish to "bet the ponies" or nfl, mlb etc. and got left out of the state carve out. The new federal law "decriminilized" off shore books.
