Is it just me?

Wtf Hakeem Jeffries and the "price is right" hand gestures? The voice inflection?

It feels like im watching a robot powered by AI.

Perhaps its just me & hes relatable for the younger generations? It all feels rehearsed stagecraft from an actor that flunked out of the Lee Strassberg school.
