McDonald island is a coastal volcano on the edge of antartica. Inhabited only by penguins.
Its an Active volcano. Whats he taxing? Volcanic ash? If the jet stream is right. Some of that ash could feasible hit USA ports. But i dont think the Penguins charge us. Its just a gift.
