Scoring it out-
Every round contains 32 available points.
Round 1 wins worth 1 point.
Round 2 worth 2 points per w.
Round 3, sweet 16 = 4pts.
Round 4 = 8 pts.
Semis worth 16 points.
The finals victory is worth 32 points.

Thats how most brackets are scored. Max available score = 192.
Espn uses the same methodology, they just multiply the system by 10. Round 1 victories wirth 10 pts. Getting the final correct worth 320.
Max score = 1920.

If houston had won- my score would have been 161.
Probably at least 50 points better than any previous years entry.
But, florida won. So my score is far outside contention at 129.

I debated internally that finally game. Opted to go with houstons home court advantage playing in san antonio over the florida programs history of winning tourney final games.

I checked. Lake Shasta is still full. Possibly going to hit max level this spring.
When I went in 2023. It only got to 8' below max.
Which is still very full. Just sayin. 2025 too wouldve been a great year to visit.

I'll be even more pissed if the winning score is below 161. But i doubt it. Im thinking 175 is needed this year.
