In week 17, the Raiders host the Giants.
The loser of that game is the likely owner of the #1 pick. Addnl, the Titans host the reeling Chiefs sunday to close out their home schedule. Nobody will be the least surprised if the Titans win that game.

The wild card for the Giants is interim HC Mike Kafka trying to make a name for himself. Inspire a NY team, that by all accounts is checked out on the season. Id think losing out the final stretch would be the Mara Family directive. That #1 pick could have some serious value depending upon which qb's declare for the draft, and? The Giants are probably good standing with Dart. Trading out to add picks. Vegas is the squad that desperately needs a qb- however, imo, Theyre stupid to grab one this year considering how bereft the talent on the raiders roster. We know Tennessee isnt in the qb market.

And theres a liklihood/ possibility qb goes 1,2,3 in the 2026 draft. Mendoza, Mateer, Dante Moore & dark horse, 5-10 Diego Pavia are my favorites. LaNorris Sellers, Drew Allar, Ty Simpson & Garret Nussmeier round out a possibly really impressive qb class.

The Raiders are expected to wind up with 10 draft picks for '26 after comps are announced. Currently they have 5 in the 1st 4 rounds with a 3rd round comp expected to be added.

That Giants @ Raiders game should be very interesting. The smart move by the raiders? Pick a fight with Pete Caroll saturday afternoon. Fire him saturday night.
