By that measure- the #7 ranked defense under Brian Flores. The 26th ranked offense under KOC.

I dont know if its accurate. But i think the vijing offense accounted for about 60-65% of 2025 salary, with the defense accounting for the remainder. That might be an inaccurate perception on my part.
