Mike McCarthy & Klint Kubiak being the names mentioned. Buffalo as well wants the offense guy to unlock the last next level for their all star qb.

That leaves Cleveland and Arizona. The only 2 jobs as bad or worse than landing with the jets. Only slightly more dysfunctional than the guy flores is suing in Miami. Stven Ross.

Do you get a sense of something inside what im writing? These owners. They are stuck inside "conventional wisdom" think when chosing the next coach. Doing the same thing the league always does. Instead of being an originalist. Going outside convention. Finding the guy that swims opposite the current is how a team changes the downward trajectory.

Flores is an ideal- unconventional thought hire.
If/when he gets a hc job. His team will be built on doing the opposite of their tendencies. Who is that guy in these hires? I dont see any. Not a 1.
Bellichick was good at that. Smashing tendencies. Knowing 90% of coaches are going tobgame plan ine if 2 ways. Denny green/ brad childress style. Arrogance that we will execute the scheme we run to perfection... Or- Raheem Morris/ John Harbaugh style- we will attack what you have put on tape.

The Kyle Shannahan, Abdy Reid, Brian Flores types are rare. Take away what you do best and attack your weakness. Ductate to the opponent. Make them adjust, and gave the counterpunch to that adjustment already thought out. Coaches playing chess in a checkers think dominated league. Thats the very reason i dont like koc.
