Shanahan is such a great young coach. Every step on his short career journey. His units have been at or near top of their conference. The DC Beals has produced similar results. With everybody buying in to the Cignetti method. Do the opposite of what they expect at an equal rate of doing what you show. Misdirection & deception. Always motion on offense to give the qb a pre snap read.

Cignettis teams, every season. They dont beat themself. They are always at or near lowest penalized squads. They dont commit turnovers. Love to drop the last guy expected into the opposing qb's most likely throwing lane.

At the very least. Hire Bostad, their o-line coach. They put on tape a great ability to pick up stunts& blitzes. The #1 problem most nfl teams struggle with. Their combo blocking in the run game is a+ design.
