Minneapolis police have released a very different statement. That a 37 yr old white male. A usa & MSP resident. That possessed a permit to carry. Which is Legal in the city & state. Was shot by multiple icemen while being subdued on the ground.
Msp Police chief states the only thing on the mans record are traffic citations. No outstanding warrants.
