It comes after repeated DHS claims over recent months that Minnesota is not complying with ICE detainer requests for undocumented immigrants held in custody, as well as more recent examples of taking credit for the "arrest" of undocumented immigrants guilty of violent crimes, when in reality they had been handed over from DOC custody at the end of their sentences.
