My contention is. The regs use thise yellow flags to keep the games close. Not neccessarily to script winners. But i do believe. The lesser fix.
Keep ppl watching to the end of the majority of games.
Some games. The eventual loser is so inept on that day. No amount of referee " coaxing" can keep that contest close. Ie any az game after around week 13 or 14. That team had so many injuries. The active roster in week 16 i think it was. Had zero week 1 starters without an injury designation.
