Lol.
I tell ya what cracks me up.
Klint Kubiak gaining reputation as "genius" oc.
Just imo- he's still the same dude he was in minnesota. Relies a bit too much on " execution" and not deception, misdirection.
It was enough to outscore new england.
Another note.
Up until staffords sb win with the rams.
The superbowl had never been won by a team with a qb new to the team that season.
Now we get a win with a team and that 1st year qb, but also with a 1st season oc. Thats rather remarkable.
When detroit lost its boy genius oc. It was a big step back for the lions. Same thing happened with the eagles a couple years back. I dont expect seattle to suffer at all having to replace kubiak.
In my wanting to root for the raiders as they claw back from being a terrible team. Kubiak and his simple and balanced approach to, offense might be a good fit. I emphasize "might".
Personally, i never understood why they moved on from Antonio Pierce.
Its all kinda goofy. He wound up taking a job with cbs as an analyst for the 2025 season i dont think he got any interviews in this cycle.
Dudes a helluva " players" coach. A get more from less guy.
So much in the nfl boggles the mind.
