I think its absolutely true, and had already solidified Brian Flores in my personal Vijing fan experience as the best DC in viking history.
That is saying much. Theres been may great dc's along the road.
Yet, like Jerry Burns. There has come monents in viking history where 1 guy stepped up and rescued the organization from the death spiral into total irrelevance.

The Twins sure need such a guy and soon.
