In the intro, it sounds like Neil is talking about Mill Valley. A famous 60's hippie enclave my parents frequented, infrequently. In their role of weekend hippie wannabes, exposing their children to a different way of thought. Unashamed nudity, kindness, generousity of spirit. All of this & much more live in Mill Valley.

So... Mill Valley. North of San francisco. Inland off the coast by a few miles. A beautiful yet small redwood Grove nestled into a narrow valley that narrows more into a canyon. Where the artists, poet & peace loving hippies hung out until govoenor Reagan " cleaned up the filth"... Turned the tiny town into uber wealth mcmansion compounds. I dont theres many 3rd graders left at the Strawberry Point elementary school.
