Asking for a friend.... Why would an offense that throws the ball 65-75%, draft a rb at the top of round 1? As well. Why would Washington trade the rights to Love. When they want to be a team with a qb that doesnt toss it more than 45-50%
Love makes a ton of sense for washington in their attempt to avoid creating another rg3 style short career for a high pick dual threat qb.
And Love makes little sense for a viking offense that is allergic to the running game.
Personally, I think Brez & his draft room are going to let the draft come to them. Go bpa at need position. Defense, TE, guard/center. 3rd round or later they'll add a complimentary back to the big back Jordan. Gainwell in fa was my hope. Great reciever, good in blitz pickup.
Jonah Coleman is someone we can hope for, but likely gone b4 vikings are ready to add a back.
