Stone ground corn delivered from the monastery at Mach Pichu to vigin maiden tortilla makers located in a nearby peruvian villiage. All organic ingredients and mntn spring holy water from the monestary.

The flour toetillas are made from rain forest grown wheat kernels that provide superior protein and flavor. Thick chewy delightful master tortillas with only premium suckling pig lard used in our exclusive brazilian tortilla factory.

Your choice of meat in the tacos.
Fish (wild caught alaskan ling cod flown in every tuesday morning to the helo pad behind the restaurant)
Or
ground beef. Locally raised grass fed kobe beef rib eye is ground fresh for each order.
Or
Beef strips marninated over night to tenderize the premium tenderloin strip that are grilled over smoking charcoals in our proprietary process.
Or
Chicken- only the tenderloin from our own cage free chickens are used in the process of quick batterfried tsasiki marinated chicken strips.

4 tacos per plate arrive to your table, very large tortillas that hold a half pound of meat.
A separate plate of fresh cut vegetables and artisan cheeses accompany the meal.
