Although the signing says 13 million it's an 8 million dollar contract with 5 million in incentives. That's a very favorable contract for Minnesota. Who knows, he may be staying with Minnesota if Addison does something stupid in the next year. It's a nice signing as an insurance policy against Addison's off field actions.
