Such a mourning of loss. RFK. Bobby. He was going to be POTUS in '68. No doubt about it. Instead- Nixon and wars escalation to full disaster. Another 100k us kids die in a jungle while Nixon destroys trust in our leaders.

The tragedy should not be lost upon any American.

Turning point USA?
THAT MOMENT WAS AUGUST 1968. Sirhan Sirhan has never been completely explained. Forget the coverup of the Warren Commission. Rfks death so close on the heals of Johnny? I was a lil boy. But I remember the endless weeping, despair, depression in every household that summer of 68. America was shocked. Destroyed. We never recovered.

The summer of live, ended abruptly. Transformed to the endless- "Season of the witch".

Evil has dominated life in the post apocalyptic path our once great country fell onto. Naivete and generosity of spirit replaced by cynicism, despair and " what difference does it make/ every man for himself"...

Sigh.

Sirhans legacy. An angry Palestinian national taking a stance against Israeli expansionism and America support of such.

And we never learned the dam lesson.
Truths are just that. True.
No arguing truth.
Altho it's spun and people are mislead.
The truth remains. Israel has been a bad partner, a downfall. Not that I'm anti semetic. I'm not.

I'm anti bad policy that lacks the idea. Really basic Christian, Muslim, Jewish ideal.
