Tace aside. Flores is a tough, hard mose voach. Mike zimmer is nothing in comp to flores. Not many players want that type as hc. It seems most players prefer to have the upper hand and prefer to dictate to the coach how the relationship is gonna play. That isnt flores. Not by a long shot.

It works. Having a pushover hc and a task master co ordinator. Im not sure the parcells/ bellichik style no nonsense style hc works anymore in the NFL.
