Land is (relatively) cheap & plentiful. Put the place, once the richest county in the USA back on the map. How about an open air half dome... Covers the infield only. Similar design to the stadium the Rams & Chargers share In L.A. wind & rain nearly always come in from southwest during spring & summer. A design similar to Hollywood bowl clamshell would be very cool.
Idaho panhandle/ Eastern Washington is by far the fastest growing region west of Mississippi.

If something like that isn't built soon. Data Centers will come instead.
