What was Teasleys big add?
Jamal Adams- done for the year before the season started. Not a great "1st move".
Oh well. Done deal. All of it.
So the Q is. How to finish the year even stronger than the team started...
I go back to my suggestion. The team weakness the past couple playoff runs hadn't been a player. The players sold there souls. Laid blood on the field.
What did the hc do?
He called the games like he feared a mistake... Which is a self fulfilling prophecy in sports...
One can make an argument that koc is a great offensive play caller. I'd argue the opposite. But it'd be a close final decision.
Nobody can argue he's a great game day playoff coach.
NOBODY!
TRYING to not lose. Trying to not be the goat- in the original meaning. Where the goat is like a Jonah is to sailors.
That's what koc has shown both late season & playoffs. If he does it again? He should be fired. And he should know that, be told as much, going into week 16.
Some of these players will be crippled for life bc of what they put out there on "sunday's"... To have some pinhead with a smug grin, coach in fear of mistake? Resulting in the season to fall flat????
Inexcusable!
If that his legacy?
Go coach in the wnba.
Carpe Diem!
Victory goes to the bold!
