4.5 million in remaining cap space.
Meanwhile fans dream of some miraculous QB savior traded for & signed mid season.
Jones? Cousins? Brisett? $49 mill Herbert?

Lmao- stop it. All of it is a pipe dream.

It's Murray, wentz & Mad Max. For better or worse.
Accept it. Which rb to add?
Cant afford anyone of significance.
6-0 with the 2nd easiest schedule in the NFL.... And then gave up over 200 yards rushing to the lions.
6-0 turns out was smoke & mirrors...
Now at 6-1, a 5-5 finish sounds about right.
11-6 is a playoff appearance. Good. Put oconnell on notice. Get some go into that stalled offensive scheme. Prove your worth coach.

That is where fan focus belongs. Not upon some mythical trade that would only mortgages the future of next year's team.

Why? Does anybody really believe adding 1 player to the offense improves a bottom ranked offense up into top 10 range that would make the loss of draft capital worthwhile? Hell. At this point I'm doubting KOC is the advertised QB guru/ offensive genius many think he is. If that were true? We wouldn't be halfway into a 3rd straight year of lacking offensive output!

The more I think on the subject. The more obvious the mandate. Adapt the offense to kylers strengths. While simultaneously putting Wentz & Brosmer on notice to get serious on being ready for Kylers next injury.

Only an idiot continues to pretend Kyler will become adequate from the pocket. It's not going to happen. Keep him on the move. That is his strength. If Kyler wants a payday in 2027. He'll embrace the idea. Right now, his on field play reduces his value to something near a Malik Willis contract. (3 years w $45m guaranteed) $15 mill annual is nothing to sneeze at but it's a far cry shy of $45-50m per season that is tossed at qb's quite regularly now.

Ph was correct the other day that $50m annual will be kylers goal in 2027. So far? What's been shown? Zero chance of that contract being offered.

Roll out, bootleg, read option & wedge pocket. Embrace it Kevin. Your 5-9 QB wants a chance to show off what he can do & it won't happen from a standard pocket. Not 1 chance in a thousand. Earn your keep coach!
