I (and my large family)lived in pitsea all my life I remember the pig farm being practually opposite the shop that we called walkers or witches through the alley off st marys crescent then turn right ,my brothers were friends with the boy that lived on the pig farm and I also remember a blonde nice looking lady walking her pig down the road to the pig farm it was also I think a slaughter house .there was also a daughter who lived there as well she would be about fifty or older by now,does anybody remember the bull family from st marys crescent our names all started with the letter b except janet and Stephan
