I would dearly love to make contact with David Alexander or one of his family. In David's article on the West Ham Sanatorium, he mentions and has a photograph of my late fathers nephew Vic Bentley, sadly Vic died of TB in 1946 at the age of 18. To my knowledge there is only one other photograph of Vic in existance. Vics father and elder brother Alf also died of TB within a couple of years of each other, such a tragedy. I live just a couple of miles away from the former sanatrium and visited the building very recently. One of the blocks is still standing as is the water tower, the bomb shelter is also intact. The staff house 'Wooton House' is currently undergoing some modernisation. I will be most grateful for any information on this subject.
