Family history had it that my great grandfather is buried in the church- that may be wrong. The only picture I have shows him aged about 60, and another with some of his family standing outside what I presume was the vicarage- and that I think has been demolished! I am very keen to see the church; he was Vicar of Basildon and Laindon so perhaps you could advise me where I should be heading, access etc. Many thanks. Tim
