•Millennials will be helping to drive our market [As we have already been seeing]
•Our buyer profile is leaning strongly to the permanent resident versus the weekender
•New construction will stay steady but will never be able to keep up with demand. In our communities this will be especially true as vacant lots are at a minimum
•Rental rates are expected to continue to rise throughout the New Year, making purchasing a home more attractive
