September 13 Sunday 8am another sad day for our canals and wildlife.
MUD12 discharge pipe at the end of Pompano Street. The video shows the
Fine solid sludge waste being dump into our canals.
Fish are eating the waste.
Is it safe to swim in the canals?
Keep in mind that the Galveston County Health district and TCEQ ONLY test the water.
They do not test the solid sludge waste that is being dumped into our canals. So I assume if you swim in between the the waste, swimming in the canals is safe.
These are the MUD12 board directors who
continue to allow the dumping of waste into our canals
Richard Matthews President
Well gentlemen what are today's excuses we can add to the month's of excuses.
I guess it will cost us $150 for them to take a boat to look at the solid sludge waste being dumped into our canals.
If you want to file another complaint with TCEQ. It takes 2 minutes
