Looks healthy, and nice, but people are talking about sending him to someone who takes-in stray cats.
He could belong to someone new to the area and he's just checking out the hood, or somebody dropped him off. He does not have a collar on.
If it sounds like he might be yours, please get him under control before something happens that shouldn't, or at least let us all know that he's good and just likes to visit.
