As of this evening, Wed. Feb 17th,if you are without power, Bayou Vista and MUD 12 will be opening a warming station at the MUD 12 Building. The station will only be for those 65 or older, families with small children and those with medical needs requiring power. All will need to bring their own food, medicines, toilet paper, or other necessary items. The center will only be open to residents of Bayou Vista, Original Bayou Vista and Omega Bay who do not have power. Please bring your own mask, as the COVID 19 protocols, such as masks and social distancing will be adhered to.
